Job Overview

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be the face of blithequark, connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your work will go beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about putting smiles on customers' faces and making a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values, and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present, providing accurate and concise written responses
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School or equivalent diploma
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing excellent support and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
