Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
