About the Role

As a Customer Service Event Expert at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, staying up-to-date with our latest features, and working closely with our Enterprise clients and ticketed events team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support to customers through email, chat, and phone, with a focus on SeatGeek Enterprise customer support
  • Work with metrics and consumer insights to help improve blithequark's services and performance
  • Utilize various tools, such as Talkdesk, Zendesk, internal admin, Slack, Google business tools, Github, Looker, and Jira, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Attend regular strategy meetings to discuss performance, goals, and areas for improvement
  • As you gain expertise, take on more project-based work, handling specialized and escalated customer contacts, and contribute to the growth and development of the Customer Experience team

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field
  • Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment, preferably in a tech startup or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data-driven decision-making and the ability to interpret metrics and consumer insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Passion for technology, customer experiences, and live events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection (at least 35 Mbps, 50+ Mbps strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish or other languages
  • Experience working with customer service software and tools, such as Talkdesk and Zendesk
  • Knowledge of the ticketing industry and live events sector
  • Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
