Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter large volumes of data into our systems in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies

  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper formatting and consistency across databases
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Assist with maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide data-related reports when needed, collaborating with team members to improve data management processes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Excel, Access, or other database management tools
