Work from Home Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative in our Work from Home program, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. This opportunity is perfect for those who value work-life balance and want to avoid the daily commute. To be eligible, you must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX.

Class Start Date and Training Schedule

Our next training class is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2025. The training schedule will be from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks. After completing the training program, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming contacts for a variety of blithequark brands and assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
• Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
• Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
• Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets
• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards and anticipating and addressing guests' service needs
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others and supporting the team to reach common goals

Preferred Qualifications

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we are particularly interested in candidates with:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification requirements
