Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
• Develop ETLs or processes that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table
• Create data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engage with team members and cross-functional teams on a periodic basis to establish credibility and share relevant information
• Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to provide actionable insights, including partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks related to reporting, including screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier detection
• Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems, and a Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
