Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process and system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes, interacting with cross-functional teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Interact with cross-functional teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
