Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions and concerns regarding their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other related topics

  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to improve their healthcare experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, healthcare, and related areas

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams
