Job Summary

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions and concerns regarding their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other related topics

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to improve their healthcare experience
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, healthcare, and related areas
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
