Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Online Chat Specialist – Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' website visitors through live online chat sessions. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in real-time, resolving their queries, and providing them with accurate and timely information about our clients' products and services. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Online Chat Specialist – Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
