Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting data entry, formatting, word processing, scanning, and filing tasks for specified departments
  • Assisting the purchasing, customer service, and accounting departments as needed
  • Proofreading and editing documents using tools like Grammarly and Microsoft Editor
  • Creating spreadsheets and providing support for special projects
