Flexible, with core hours of 10am-4pm EST (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve service
  • Assisting in identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives
  • Bringing innovative solutions to customer support challenges
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in customer service
  • Supporting in documenting and presenting customer support strategies and outcomes

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Junior customer support experience, with a strong interest in client relations and service excellence
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues
  • Team player mentality, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work in fast-paced, service-driven settings
  • Enthusiasm for learning and advancing customer support skills
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Familiarity with best practices in customer service (e.g. CRM, customer journey mapping, etc.)
  • Some initial industry experience in customer support is preferred, but not required

  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, etc.)
