Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team, responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of blithequark's customers in a timely manner. This full-time, non-exempt position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.

  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies, helping to improve our software platforms and customer experience.
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting to new technologies and systems as needed.

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the Automotive Industry: Familiarity with automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

  • Technical Skills: Access to high-speed internet, with proficiency in multiple software platforms and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED, with a focus on developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. We offer two schedule options:

Schedule Option 1

* Monday (OFF)

  • Tuesday (OFF)
  • Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Schedule Option 2

* Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

  • Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Thursday (OFF)
  • Friday (OFF)
  • Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple software platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High school diploma or GED, with a focus on developing strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a focus on self-motivation and productivity.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
