As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission and make a lasting impact on families' lives.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, connecting with them to understand their unique needs and provide personalized protection plans. You'll be responsible for ensuring clients receive the benefits they're entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with our clients, while your ability to stay organized and manage schedules effectively will ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

* Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans

  • Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes
  • Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information

Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Call experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms
  • Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively
  • Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED – Required
  • A license to sell insurance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
