Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through proactive communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal distractions

Preferred Qualifications
