Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities

* Promptly answer inbound phone calls, return phone calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chats with customers

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
  • Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish

  • Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products and trends
