Job Summary

As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
