Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
• Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to guide customers through issues and provide personalized solutions
• Work independently in a home office setting, with the flexibility to choose your own hours (minimum 40 hours per week) and manage your schedule effectively

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred
• High level of professionalism, excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling
• Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
• A dedicated home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset, meeting our technical requirements (see below)
