As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds:
- Office Rotation: Work from our Irvine, California office on Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday.
- Work from Home Rotation: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing Product Complaints: Effectively process product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications
