Job Description

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their experience with blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Customer service experience of at least 1 year
  • Basic computer skills including typing, data entry, and navigating multiple systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
