Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative / Sales, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, promoting and selling our home refinancing and real estate solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. You'll work closely with our mortgage brokers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, resolve customer issues, and drive sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide extraordinary experiences to our existing customers, building strong relationships and trust through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Effectively promote and sell our home refinancing and real estate solutions, overcoming customer reluctance and objections when necessary
• Read and communicate well in English, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and type/navigate mouse while holding conversations
• Sit for long periods of time, working in a secure, quiet room with minimal distractions
• Meet and exceed self-set sales goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Collaborate with internal teams, including mortgage brokers, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
