  • Previous customer service, call center, or virtual support experience (helpful but not required)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing platforms
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools like email, chat, and video conferencing Technical Requirements
