Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * First point of contact: Answer incoming calls from customers and Service Providers, providing exceptional service and support. * Email and chat support: Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Booking and scheduling: Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling. * Service Provider support: Help Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions. * Software troubleshooting: Assist customers and Service Providers with troubleshooting software issues. * Team collaboration: Work closely with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Attention to detail: Be thorough in your work and track progress on tasks with ease. * Self-management: Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks. * Computer skills: Be proficient in using various applications, including those you may not have seen before, and troubleshoot common computer issues. * Quality focus: Demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, consistency, and honesty in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
