Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing to join our MSP team. As a key member of this team, you'll develop and execute virtual system test plans (simulations) to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating simulation environments to early validate and stress-test end-to-end solutions, ensuring new products are ready for operation, maintenance, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software

• Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery
• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
• Coordinate simulations and testing processes
• Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues
• Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (BS)

• 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
• Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
