The Customer Listening Team

Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing over 5 million customer surveys annually across the consumer, business, and service provider segments. This team is instrumental in driving business growth through data-driven insights, and we're looking for a talented Senior Statistics Architect to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement commercial business needs
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and delivering innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
• Providing pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
