Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote) – Deliver Exceptional Support to blithequark Customers

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for providing accurate and timely support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers who have questions on blithequark products (websites and marketing), providing accurate and timely support through various channels

  • Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers, exercising patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email
  • Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing across teams
  • Report bugs and other issues on platforms to our development team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about blithequark's products, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments, ensuring you're always up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work proactively individually and in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Must be able to type 50+ words per minute, with accuracy and speed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
