Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up to date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and improve overall customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
