Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls: Respond to inbound and outbound calls from healthcare clients and their patients and providers, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a polite and methodical manner.
  • Listening and responding: Listen attentively to customer concerns and respond in a way that addresses their needs and resolves their issues.
  • Managing calls: Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all calls are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Recording conversations: Accurately record all conversations in our call center database, using clear and concise language to ensure that all information is captured and stored correctly.
  • Adapting to different personalities: Be patient and willing to explain things in multiple ways to customers, adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Active listening skills: The ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond in a way that addresses their needs.
  • English language proficiency: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Time management skills: The ability to manage large volumes of calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in using a personal computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory, with internet access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience: Additional experience in a call center environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
