The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that patients have a positive customer experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner
  • Being available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
  • Treating customers with compassion and respect while protecting their privacy
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve patient satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
