Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will be the face of our company, providing timely and precise communication, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers through phone, email, or online chat to provide an outstanding experience via timely and precise communication.

  • Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Field customer questions and concerns, resolving issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM and other business systems, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals.
  • Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and adapt to changing technology.

  • Ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. This role requires a quiet and dedicated workspace, with reliable internet and phone connectivity. You will be expected to work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to accommodate customer needs and business requirements.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role, requiring minimal physical activity. However, some lifting may be required during set up and tear down of trade shows, up to 50 pounds.

Travel

Very limited out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be needed on an annual basis for team meetings and training events.

Required Education and Experience

* AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations.
  • Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and adapt to changing technology.

Preferred Education and Experience

* Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems.

  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
