Schedule Requirements

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home for 20 hours per week. Your schedule must be flexible and available between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing customer portfolios
  • Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
  • Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
  • Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
  • Recommending process improvements where applicable
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
  • An energetic and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
