Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Stay Up-to-Date on Netflix Content: Stay up-to-date on blithequark content, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications

To be successful as a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
