Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Your primary goal will be to build strong, positive relationships with our clients, ensuring growth attainment and increasing our firm's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts and suggest additions/changes to existing ones
  • Building productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Evaluating business or individual customers' needs and financial status, and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Working with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
  • Reporting the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Maintaining bookkeeping systems, database, and records
  • Monitoring Service representative claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Constantly updating job knowledge and learning about new products and services
  • Fulfilling all policy requirements
