Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll contribute to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by ensuring our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely. You'll be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handle time standards, treating customers with compassion and respect, and protecting their privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve patient accounts and address customer concerns

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $18.66 - $33.99 per hour, depending on location
