We are looking for a Senior Director of People Operations to manage all people related business perations across our group. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, running and oversight of various department wide operational processes across the CISO Organization. This role will directly report to our Corporate Vice President of Chief Security Information Officer (CISO) Operations. In leading People Operations, you will be thinking holistically and proactively to improve the effectiveness of the overall organization, its processes and its people. This role requires a highly resourceful person who is smart, strategic, and self-motivated. The successful candidate for this position possesses an ability to lead through influence and collaboration, has a deep understanding of what it takes to manage distributed teams at scale, demonstrates the discipline to deliver results, and exhibits emotional intelligence. Qualifications

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles o OR equivalent experience. • 5+ years managing large scale business operations with a focus on people management for a global distributed organization Other Requirements The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years experience managing people operations for a globally distributed team of at least 1,000 people Business Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year. Responsibilities

Own responsibility for the design, running and oversight of various internal DSR business operations. Duties to include: • Drive people management strategy for the department - design which functions should be centralized, which functions should be federated. • Oversee all people operations processes (hiring, transfers, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), promotions, training, offboarding, etc.) across a 5,000+ person global organization • Help to train and coach managers across the organization on how to manage their people at scale • Embody our Culture and Values Apply Job!
