Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for our Government Sector, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer product-related questions and provide detailed information about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
