Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Guiding customers through the check-in process, resolving inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience
  • Operating loading bridges, tagging and lifting baggage, and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
  • Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

  • Possess an associate's degree, GED, or associate's degree equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Possess primary digital literacy
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
