Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Applying advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
• Analyzing customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and untapped content opportunities
• Forecasting content performance to inform procurement decisions
• Streamlining our content release and episode delivery process
• Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Developing and implementing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
