Job Summary
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to various teams within the organization, including Ground Tasks and Deals Activities Group. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform analysis of external data sources to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Identify areas for process enhancements and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless execution
- Gather, analyze, and present data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends
- Lead and participate in project teams to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Deals Activities Group
The Deals Activities Group is responsible for driving all sales enablement initiatives, focusing on people, processes, and tools. This group delivers critical technology skills, drives cross-functional initiatives, and creates and empowers various sales support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Deals Activities Group)
* Support the outreach team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, salesforce, and dashboard reporting
- Develop and distribute communications to the Southwest Business Group and clients
- Provide customer service to the Southwest Business Group and clients by answering and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools
- Assist in creating or delivering onboarding and training materials for the group
- Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, analytics, computer science)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience with CRM tools and salesforce a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
