About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Customer Insights professional to play a pivotal role in driving our 2030 Leap Ambitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative customer research to inform our business strategies. Your expertise will help us evolve from a traditional, one-time purchase model to a recurring, renewable-license model, providing our customers with cutting-edge technologies and services that add value over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex statistical research studies to support business transformation, including primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research
• Develop and manage relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers
• Provide data interpretation advice and insights to decision-makers, enabling informed business decisions
• Collaborate with product teams to define customer segments for our Solutions as a Service (SaaS) model
• Collect and analyze data to forecast customer demand elasticity for new products and services
• Offer coaching and support to strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem, leading the planning and execution of the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5 or more years of experience in market research, preferably in technology-driven, recurring revenue products
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills, with the ability to make recommendations from data
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
