  • Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
  • Analyze account data and provide solutions to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and software
  • Reliable internet connection, self-provided computer or laptop, and headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Residence in Texas or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems
  • Experience with sales, marketing, or retail operations
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
