What You'll Do

As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Handling incoming customer contacts, logging call details, and performing call follow-ups according to procedures
  • Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation and after-sales support
  • Escalating complex issues to the relevant Client's brand units or contact persons
  • De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases
  • Ensuring correct presentation of the Client's corporate image in all interactions, representing its brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • Bilingual or proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with an advanced level of English
  • Self-motivation, a team player, supportive person, outgoing, and open-minded
  • Active listening and comprehension skills
  • Very good written skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • A goal-oriented attitude and time management skills
  • Minimum knowledge of Office pack and keyboarding skills
