Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to Property and Casualty insurance products, including policy details, claims, and billing.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions, either through phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-up on outstanding issues and updates on customer status.
  • Navigating various software systems to access customer information, process requests, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Staying informed about changes in regulations affecting insurance products, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
  • To be licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in the relevant state(s), with a strong understanding of insurance products and regulations.
  • To have experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • To be proficient in using a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
  • To be able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
