Key Responsibilities:
As an English Customer Service Email & Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer emails and live chat requests within 5 minutes, providing prompt and professional assistance to resolve their queries and concerns
- Answering occasional phone calls to accept orders or answer customer questions, demonstrating a commitment to taking ownership of individual customer issues
- Utilizing Gmail and our user-friendly company admin portal to navigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Proficiency with Gmail and the ability to navigate our user-friendly company admin portal
