Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into our database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies to maintain data accuracy
  • Conducting data quality checks to identify and resolve errors
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents
  • Assisting with data analysis and report generation as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and adherence to data entry procedures
  • Continuously improving data entry processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Responding to data-related inquiries and providing support as required
  • Performing routine data cleaning and validation tasks
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of data entry documentation
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on data entry best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and offering solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Meeting daily and weekly data entry targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (min. 50 words per minute)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
