Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing policy support. If you have a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the motivation to work independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products that meet their unique requirements

  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and protection
  • Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes, to ensure seamless policy management
  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools, ensuring timely and efficient access to client information
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty
  • Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, driving business growth and success

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a background check
  • Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance and support to help you succeed!)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on independence and accountability
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and client engagement

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service, with a proven track record of success and growth

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to drive business results
