Job Summary As a Customer Service/Virtual Assistant at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels Manage and respond to a high volume of customer calls, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' businesses and services Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications Professional phone presence and strong attention to detail Great spelling and grammar skills, with a high level of accuracy Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed Willingness to undergo a background check Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a call center or answering service environment Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts (e.g., medical, legal, etc.) Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field What We Offer At Blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
