Tele-Sales Agent – Work from Home (Fluent Hindi/Telugu)
Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-Sales Agents who are fluent in Hindi or Telugu to join our remote sales team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

Pitch products or services in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
- *
Answer customer queries and address objections to convert leads into successful sales.
- *
Record all call details and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- *
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- *
Follow scripts and comply with all tele-sales and customer service policies.
- *
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales and support team to improve conversion strategies.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- *
Fluency in Hindi or Telugu (spoken), with basic English understanding.
- *
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- *
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- *
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM tools.
- *
Strong listening skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Experience
- *
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-sales, BPO, outbound calling, or customer service is preferred.
- *
Freshers with strong communication skills and a confident personality are also encouraged to apply.
- ⏰ Working Hours
- *
Flexible shifts available (Full-time & Part-time options).
- *
Preferred availability during 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.
- *
Sunday fixed weekly off.

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer conversion techniques.

Familiarity with telecommunication best practices and compliance regulations.
