About the Role

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No prior customer service or insurance experience is required – we'll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support
• To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Self-discipline, organization, and motivation, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Comfort with basic technology, including Zoom, email, and other software applications
