About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
• Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling when required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven call center experience
• Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
• Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
• Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
• Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
