Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry and Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our database, ensuring that our users have access to the most up-to-date and relevant information. You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, updating and maintaining our database with current information, verifying and validating business listings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Update and maintain blithequark database with current information
  • Verify and validate business listings, ensuring data quality
  • Assist with data clean-up and organization projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and operations

Required Skills

* Strong attention to detail: The ideal candidate must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy

  • Proficiency in data entry: Prior experience with data entry and strong typing skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable: A Virtual Assistant in a remote role must be self-disciplined and dependable
  • Excellent communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly learn and use new software tools
